svip2 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and svip2 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account on svip2, logging in, depositing funds or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform, you agree unconditionally to these Terms and all policies referenced within them, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use svip2. These Terms apply to all sections of the platform including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, fish games and any promotional activities offered through the platform.

svip2 is intended for entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment guidance or a guarantee of winnings. All gaming and betting activity carries risk and you acknowledge that losses are possible.

svip2 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Pakistan-based players. All transactions are conducted in PKR. The platform does not claim any government licence, official regulatory approval or endorsement from any Pakistan government body. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to their location.

2. Account Registration

To use svip2 you must register a personal account. During registration you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register. svip2 operates a strict 18+ policy and may request age verification documentation at any point before processing withdrawals.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Accounts found to be duplicates will be merged, suspended or closed at svip2's discretion. Any bonus balance in duplicate accounts will be voided.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. svip2 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the player's own negligence in protecting their login details.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify svip2 support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.
• Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. Using an svip2 account to act as an agent for other players, to accept or place bets on behalf of third parties, or for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposits and Payments

svip2 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant payment and standard Pakistan bank transfer. All payment details submitted during deposit must belong to the account holder — third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit: PKR 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your svip2 wallet within seconds of payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• Raast and bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. svip2 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider.
• All deposited funds are held in your svip2 PKR wallet and are available for use across all platform sections immediately upon credit confirmation.
• svip2 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges which are outside svip2's control.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in gaming activity for an extended period of inactivity may be subject to dormancy review as outlined in the Account Termination section below.

4. Withdrawals

Players may request PKR withdrawals from their svip2 wallet to their registered JazzCash account, Easypaisa wallet, Raast-linked bank account or Pakistan bank account at any time, subject to the conditions below.

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the svip2 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• svip2 may request identity or ownership verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a security measure to protect both the player and the platform.
• Bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements completed in full before being eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits and winnings from real-money play that are not subject to active bonus terms can be withdrawn at any time subject to verification requirements.
• Processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 working days depending on the receiving bank.
• svip2 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests. Your payment provider's own fees are outside svip2's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

svip2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds on cricket and PSL markets, accumulator boost offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement stated clearly in each offer's individual terms before withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement range for svip2 bonuses is displayed on each offer's detail page on the Promotions section.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are only converted to withdrawable real money once the relevant wagering requirement has been met in full.
• One bonus offer may be active on your account at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. Opting into a new bonus before completing an existing one may void the previous bonus balance.
• svip2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time with or without prior notice. Offers are time-limited and subject to change.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to achieve guaranteed profit — is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• PSL season promotions, enhanced odds offers and match-specific promotions are only valid for the stated match or tournament period. Expired offers cannot be claimed retrospectively.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on svip2, including cricket betting, PSL markets, T20 international matches, football, esports and any other sport offered on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless svip2 explicitly offers a cash-out or edit feature on the relevant market at the relevant time.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your stake — not any odds displayed before or after that moment.
• svip2 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or where market integrity has been compromised. Voided bets are returned to the player's wallet at the original stake amount.
• Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket, football and esports markets. In-play bets are subject to acceptance delays during periods of high traffic. svip2 is not responsible for acceptance delays caused by network conditions on the player's end.
• Cricket betting on PSL matches, Pakistan international fixtures and ICC tournament games follows official scorecards and result announcements as the definitive settlement source. Unofficial or social media score reports are not used for settlement purposes.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the full payout to apply. A single void selection within an accumulator reduces the accumulator by that selection; the remaining legs continue to stand.
• Minimum bet: PKR 50 per selection. Maximum stake limits per market are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by market and event.
• svip2 may limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market, account or event at its discretion. Players who are found to be consistently exploiting pricing errors or engaging in arbitrage betting may have stake limits applied to their account.

7. Casino and Game Rules

All casino games, slots, bingo and fish games on svip2 are governed by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined independently for each round and are not influenced by previous results, player history or any external factor.

• Game results displayed on your screen are the official results for settlement purposes. In the event of a discrepancy between your screen display and the game server record, the server record prevails.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or connectivity issue mid-round, svip2 will use the last confirmed server-side game state to determine the outcome of that round. Interrupted rounds are resolved as fairly as possible based on available server data.
• Players must not use any software, script, bot, algorithm or automated tool to play casino games or slots on svip2. The use of such tools is considered cheating and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
• Bingo room rules, including ticket prices, prize structures and draw schedules, are displayed within each bingo room before purchase. Purchasing tickets constitutes acceptance of the rules for that specific room and draw.
• Fish Games on svip2 are interactive skill-based shooting titles. The payout multipliers, cannon power options and special target values for each Fish Game are displayed within the game interface. These values are fixed and cannot be modified by the player outside of the options provided in the game.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes for casino table games and slots are displayed within each game. Players are responsible for checking these limits before playing.

8. Responsible Gaming

svip2 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming on svip2 is intended as entertainment. It is not a way to generate income, recover financial losses or solve financial problems.

• 18+ only: svip2 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be immediately closed and all funds held pending investigation.
• Deposit limits: Players can set a monthly PKR deposit limit from their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period as stated in the settings interface.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gaming activity is becoming difficult to manage can activate voluntary self-exclusion from their account settings. Self-exclusion suspends access to all gaming and betting sections for the chosen period.
• Budget management: Only ever deposit and wager an amount you can comfortably afford to lose. Set your session budget before you start playing and stop when that budget is reached regardless of the session outcome.
• Time management: Take regular breaks during gaming sessions. Extended sessions without breaks can impair decision-making, particularly during live cricket in-play betting where markets move quickly.
• svip2 staff are not financial advisors and cannot provide advice on whether or how much to bet. If gaming is causing you stress, financial difficulty or relationship problems, please use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings.

9. Privacy and Data

svip2 collects, stores and processes personal data provided during registration and account use in order to operate your account, process payments, verify identity and improve the platform. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• By registering on svip2 you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• svip2 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Payment data is processed through secure, encrypted channels and is not stored in plain text on svip2 systems.
• Account activity, bet history and transaction records are retained by svip2 for internal record-keeping and security purposes. Players may request a summary of their account data by contacting support.
• Cookies and session data are used on svip2 to maintain login sessions and improve platform performance. Continued use of the platform constitutes consent to the use of cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

svip2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating duplicate accounts or acting as an agent for other players.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or any other illegal financial activity associated with the account.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions or platform features in bad faith.
• Use of automated tools, bots or scripts in any part of the platform.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a remaining real-money balance — in such cases svip2 will attempt to contact the account holder via registered contact details before any dormancy action is taken.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting svip2 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method after completion of standard verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

svip2 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from technical interruption. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

• svip2 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, payment provider delays or any circumstances outside svip2's direct control.
• svip2 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• The total liability of svip2 to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the player's deposited balance at the time the claim arises.
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the svip2 platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. svip2 makes no representation about the legality of online gaming in any particular location and accepts no liability in connection with a player's legal compliance obligations.
• Nothing in this limitation of liability clause excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by svip2's negligence.

12. Changes to These Terms

svip2 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of svip2 after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using svip2 and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.

Minor changes such as clarifications, formatting updates or corrections that do not materially affect player rights may be made without separate notification beyond the revision of the Last Updated date.
